These wires can vibrate over time and break the wires either internally or externally and can be hard to diagnose. <p>The wire harness to the throttle position sensor is a well known issue on Polaris EFI machines. It will vibrate over time and break the wires either internally or externally and can be hard to diagnose. Many times it will throw a code but not always. Fix it now with our own version of the Polaris 2878498 harness repair kit. Simply cut off the old harness and use the included butt connectors or solder the connections to the new pigtail. Our pigtail fits perfectly to the Mikuni TPS sensor and has 6″ long wire leads. <h2><span style="font-size: 1.5em;">POLARIS MID-SIZE PARKING BRAKE</span></h2><h2><strong style="font-size: 12px;"><span style="background-color: #ffff00;">This brake does not have the locking feature. </span></strong></h2><p>Installation is simple and quick, back out the 13mm nuts on the master cylinder behind the brake pedal, put on the Spring Brake Thingy, then put the nuts back on. It is that simple and quick, takes no more than 2-3 minutes.</p><p>To operate, depress brake pedal with right foot, slide lever over brake pedal arm with your left foot and the SBT engages all 4 brakes. Once set, add your own pad lock (1/4" to 5/16" shaft) for that extra security.
