Is the packaging discreet?
100% Yes. We understand privacy is important. All orders are shipped in plain white packaging with no "anime" or "pillow" descriptions on the label. It usually lists as "pillow case".
How long does shipping take?
Because our covers are made to order to ensure the highest print quality, please allow 2-7 business days for production. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.
Will I be charged Customs or Import Taxes?
No. VAT & Import Taxes are included in the price. Sometimes customs will charge accidentally. In this rare case, please complete the payment and contact customer service for a full refund.
Where is my tracking number?

How do I wash my Dakimakura?
To keep the artwork vibrant:
  1. Remove the cover from the pillow insert.
  2. Turn the cover inside out and place in a laundry bag.
  3. Wash in cold water on a delicate cycle using mild, bleach-free detergent.
  4. Air Dry Only. Never use a machine dryer or iron, as high heat damages the fabric. We recommend hanging it over a drying rack or shower rod (folded in half) to prevent stretching from water weight.
