Shipping, Tracking & Customs
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Your DakiHeaven order ships in plain, neutral packaging. There are no anime, dakimakura, or adult-style descriptions printed on the outside label.
Does my inner pillow arrive together with my cover?
No. Inner pillows are made in and shipped from the Netherlands, while covers are printed to order at our factory. They travel as separate parcels, and you receive a tracking email for each one.
Will I be charged customs or import taxes?
Import fees are prepaid where available. If customs still charges you, send us the receipt and we will help you with it.
Where is my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be emailed once your inner pillow is handed to the courier. You can also check your order on our tracking page. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan, so an empty link on the first day is normal. If you have no tracking 12 business days after ordering, check your spam folder first, then contact support so we can help find it.
Returns & Cancellations
Can I return my inner pillow?
An inner pillow can be returned within 31 days after receipt only if its packaging is unopened. Opened inner pillows cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact support as soon as possible. Once your inner pillow has been handed to the courier, the order can no longer be canceled or changed.

No. This listing is for the inner pillow only. Printed dakimakura covers are sold separately in the shop.
Which size do I need?
Choose the inner pillow in the same size as your cover. A 150x50cm cover takes the 150x50cm inner pillow.
