    Impossibly cute, improbable quality

    I will mention that I did spring for the top tier fabric, so I can't speak for the others, but in a word, I describe the product as perfect.  The fabric is ultra soft, it fits the dimensions of my pillow perfectly as described, and the printing quality is astonishing. The art is exactly as shown in the website, the colors are vibrant, and the detail is flawless. If you are considering buying a dakimakura based on any of the art offered by Dakiheaven, do it. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. I'll also add that I had an issue with shipping (local couriers are a nightmare in my country) and their (Dakiheaven's) support was amazing. I got proactive updates, empathetic responses, and zero runaround. Emilia, you are an angel. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have a Miku pillow in need of some snuggles.

100% Yes. We understand privacy is important. All orders are shipped in plain white packaging with no "anime" or "pillow" descriptions on the label. It usually lists as "pillow case".
How long does shipping take?
Because our covers are made to order to ensure the highest print quality, please allow 2-7 business days for production. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.
Will I be charged Customs or Import Taxes?
No. VAT & Import Taxes are included in the price. Sometimes customs will charge accidentally. In this rare case, please complete the payment and contact customer service for a full refund.
Where is my tracking number?

How do I wash my Dakimakura?
To keep the artwork vibrant:
  1. Remove the cover from the pillow insert.
  2. Turn the cover inside out and place in a laundry bag.
  3. Wash in cold water on a delicate cycle using mild, bleach-free detergent.
  4. Air Dry Only. Never use a machine dryer or iron, as high heat damages the fabric. We recommend hanging it over a drying rack or shower rod (folded in half) to prevent stretching from water weight.
